Today, I bring that same passion and experience to my role as Chief Operating Officer at American Dental Companies (ADC). In this position, I oversee national operations, help guide organizational strategy, and work closely with our partner doctors and leadership teams to strengthen patient care, team culture, and business performance across all locations. My approach blends analytical problem-solving with people-focused leadership—ensuring every office has the support, structure, and systems needed to thrive.
