
Ann Farmer is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare, dental, and financial management. Known for her strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise, she has built a career driving growth, efficiency, and innovation across multi-location organizations.

Before joining American Dental Companies, Ann served as CFO of Mind 24-7, a behavioral health startup where she developed financial infrastructure, guided strategic planning, and scaled revenue to $25 million. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of Finance for Pediatric Dental Brands, overseeing finance, analytics, and revenue cycle operations across 25 dental practices. Earlier in her career, she held key leadership roles with Great Expressions Dental Centers, where she centralized claims processing for more than 250 offices and supported $350 million in annual revenue.
Ann earned her MBA in Accounting from Walsh College and a BS in Management from Kettering University. She is also a graduate of Stanford’s Emerging CFO: Strategic Financial Leadership Program.
